I would highly recommend their service is class 1 . They have delivered my bathroom stuff but after a while we discover basin tap was missing . Called and spoken to manager Lee .He was really helpful and instantly gave a new tap . Thanks Lee for your help

Thank you to all the staff at PPS Purbrook for their assistance, guidance, professionalism and attention to detail with my bathroom order. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication and care when dealing with manufacturers supply issues. The showroom at Purbrook has a comprehensive collection of quality bathroom products not seen at any other showroom in the Portsmouth and surrounding area.

I've bought loads of bathroom furniture/sanitary ware from PPS for a number of different DIY projects. The quality of the products they've recommended and supplied have largely been spot on; any faulty parts (only a couple from what I recall) have been rectified without issue. They've also been more than happy to provide plumbing and fitting advice when I've needed a bit of a steer. Prices have been competitive too, plus they deliver for free locally which is a massive bonus. All in all, very good service received on a number of occasions and thus would happily recommend.

Just bought a new close coupled toilet from these guys and I cannot fault the service. Lee went through a range of suppliers to find a toilet and cistern that matched our requirements knowing we weren’t going to buy on the day. The next day I went back and paid for the toilet and today I’ve ordered a hand basin to match. Paul gave me a temporary toilet seat free of charge to use too as the supplier was unable to get the seat delivered in time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you’re looking to buy anything for your bathroom.

Popped in today with a hot water tank and absolutely no idea of what I needed to fit it. The very nice man came out looked at the tank and sorted out everything I needed and also advised that anything I didn't use I could bring back for a refund... He then came out to the car and fitted all the bits to the tank for me!
